Photographer Dorothea Lange's Farm Security Administration work during the Great Depression helped redefine the field of documentary photography. The traveling exhibit Dorothea Lange in Oregon: 1939 Farm Security Administration Photos represents work conducted in late summer and fall all over the state. The exhibit was produced by the Oregon Cultural Heritage Commission and contains large framed photographic selections drawn from the Library of Congress.
